This is a review for both times I visited in May 2022. As always, it was a wonderful experience (even after the news of some large repairs that needed doing). The customer service I receive each and every time is outstanding.

I first went in for a service, Natasha (as always) had responded to my emails in a timely and professional manner, booking me in at a time when I could wait. She came to sit with me to talk me through what needed doing - these are the personal touches I find really elevate this team. My car was booked in for 2 weeks later for the repairs and in Natasha's absence, Olivia was on hand to help with everything I needed. Once again, responding quickly and making me feel like a valued customer. I needed a courtesy car as there were no waiting appointments and Olivia bent over backwards to help me out.

I really can't recommend this branch enough, I get 5* service without fail every single time. Thank you Inchcape Chelmsford BMW!

Really professional service as always! I arrived just before 8am, quickly was given my courtesy car for the day (which was amazing!!), and kept updated throughout the day. Really handy to be sent a video of the works and to be emailed a list of options to pay for. Smooth handover when I collected my car too at the end of the day. Fantastic job as always!

Outstanding service!! No ask was too much, the service was bespoke and made to measure at every question and need I had throughout the whole purchase. I was kept informed throughout the whole purchase and was made to feel welcome and treasured as a new customer. Many other competitor car dealerships could take note on how BMW Inchcape are doing things, they are in a league of their own! The unity and team culture is captivating and makes you feel very at home and at ease. Thank you Dan for your high standards, honesty and genuine nature as well as service the whole way through! I recommend this dealership and team to anyone interested in buying or enquiring about a BMW!! Keep it going!!!

Great experience when buying my new Approved Used BMW! I found my dream car online and paid to reserve it. The salesperson at Inchcape Chelmsford, Daniel Smith, was brilliant. Easy to chat to, knowledgeable and professional. He assured me the car was mine, told me that it had been in the workshop for a few jobs and that it was one of the ‘cleanest’ they had seen re: dings, scratches and alloys. We had a slight issue with the deposit money coming through but Daniel handled it brilliantly!
Very happy with my new car and glad I part exchanged my old one with Inchcape too. I will be servicing the car with them too now!

I cannot describe in words the quality of service I received from Chelmsford BMW when purchasing my new car. The representative Daniel was so polite, professional and helpful and really guided me through the process in a comfortable manner. I was greeted by both the sales managers Andrew and Simon as well as retail managers Thomas and Robert when I collected my new car which made me feel extra special. I will be recommending Chelmsford BMW to all my friends and family to visit and buy cars from going forward. Please convey my thanks to the team, in particular, Daniel in the sales department for the care and attention he gave me during my visits.

I was dealing with Jack from service because he was convenient for at the time, He was familiar with the my car and me.
Today I had to take a day of work to go see Jack at BMW because for past 2 months I’ve been trying to get hold of him, left him messages to get back to me and no luck whatsoever. He had a lot of excuses but he didn’t have a care that he lost me as a customer. I am willing to loose my warranty on the car rather then go back to Inchcape BMW

I was blown away by the fantastic level of service received. My car was returned in immaculate condition and earlier than expected as requested by myself. The staff were very polite and professional. It's very rare these days to get this level of service in my opinion. It was even more impressive as this was a recall service.All in all, very pleased.

I was really impressed with this place. Historically I have had a bit of a bad impression of BMW largely because of their typical drivers. However I am in the process of selecting / purchasing a new car and a specific BMW model was in my list of cars to check out. First thing was to sit in the car, front and back and see how it was set for space. If that worked then I wanted a test drive.
I rocked up at reception after having a look around the showroom and asked if I could have someone to help me check out a car. Was asked to wait a few minutes and then was joined by a very kind lady (Amanda) who talked to me about what I was after. Once I explained, she grabbed keys and let me check it out. I was happy with the fit and so I asked if I could arrange a test drive. To my surprise I was able to get one there and then, so after some details taken, I was able to get out for a twenty minute (all I needed) test drive (unattended - due to covid). This was great as it allowed me to decide this was the car I wanted. When I returned I talked with Amanda about what I was looking to do in terms of method of purchase. Amanda was clear they wanted my business and would do their best to match quotes from other suppliers etc so I said I would be back in touch. We talked a bit more over the coming week and ultimately they were not able to match the price I was receiving for a new car, which is a shame but understandable non-the less. the service I received was really positive and the environment was friendly, helpful and non pushy. Really good experience that might just see me buying my first BMW even if it's not directly from them.
