I first went in for a service, Natasha (as always) had responded to my emails in a timely and professional manner, booking me in at a time when I could wait. She came to sit with me to talk me through what needed doing - these are the personal touches I find really elevate this team. My car was booked in for 2 weeks later for the repairs and in Natasha's absence, Olivia was on hand to help with everything I needed. Once again, responding quickly and making me feel like a valued customer. I needed a courtesy car as there were no waiting appointments and Olivia bent over backwards to help me out.
I really can't recommend this branch enough, I get 5* service without fail every single time. Thank you Inchcape Chelmsford BMW!

Today I had to take a day of work to go see Jack at BMW because for past 2 months I’ve been trying to get hold of him, left him messages to get back to me and no luck whatsoever. He had a lot of excuses but he didn’t have a care that he lost me as a customer. I am willing to loose my warranty on the car rather then go back to Inchcape BMW

I rocked up at reception after having a look around the showroom and asked if I could have someone to help me check out a car. Was asked to wait a few minutes and then was joined by a very kind lady (Amanda) who talked to me about what I was after. Once I explained, she grabbed keys and let me check it out. I was happy with the fit and so I asked if I could arrange a test drive. To my surprise I was able to get one there and then, so after some details taken, I was able to get out for a twenty minute (all I needed) test drive (unattended - due to covid). This was great as it allowed me to decide this was the car I wanted. When I returned I talked with Amanda about what I was looking to do in terms of method of purchase. Amanda was clear they wanted my business and would do their best to match quotes from other suppliers etc so I said I would be back in touch. We talked a bit more over the coming week and ultimately they were not able to match the price I was receiving for a new car, which is a shame but understandable non-the less. the service I received was really positive and the environment was friendly, helpful and non pushy. Really good experience that might just see me buying my first BMW even if it's not directly from them.
