Sytner Leicester BMW

I have just taken delivery of my 4th 1 series BMW from Sytner Leicester. This time I have gone for the 128ti. I am thrilled with this new addition and it's performance. As always, the sales representative Kirsty Collins gave me first class service from ordering to delivery, keeping me informed on the manufacturing progress all the way.

Just purchased a beautiful Z4 from Sytner BMW Leicester. The whole experience from initial visit through to handover was made particularly enjoyable by Chloe and Carl. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using this company again.

Not the best experience with the service or body shop team. An initial service did not address a problem I highlighted resulting in a 2nd appointment where a senior technician could not identify. Am awaiting a 3rd appointment.
Also, have been waiting over a week for a quote on body work. Having chased 3 times and been told that I will get a call back I am still waiting. Previously owned a Mercedes and the service in comparison was exceptional.

Excellent recent experience of buying a new car. Very good trade-in deal on the old one: first class sales service from Zak (all the more impressive as he is new to the company). Delighted with the new hybrid (which will have to do until BMW produce a fully electric 3-series Touring...).

If you are looking for a used car, I would like to recommend working with Ryan. He is professional, patient and knowledgeable. Together with his manager Carl, Ryan provided a high level of service and transparency in finance options without making us feel pushed into buying. We were given time and space to make a decision and the respect and care felt all the way through.

I called in ‘on spec’ needing a new car quickly having to give up the company the car with a change of job. Looking for a quick 1 series, I met Tony Higton who kindly gave me a test drive. I made a phone call on the Thursday where I had spotted a 128ti at a different Sytner location and the following Tuesday I drove it away from Leicester! A massive thanks to Tony for all of his efforts and the after sales has been excellent. Thanks again.
