Booked a skipper for our trip on the Broads. Lovely little craft, easy to understand and use for a novice to boating. Training to operate it was precise and everything you needed to know. Helpful in saying places of to visit and stop each day. Thanks guys will be back.

This our first time with Broom boats and we've not long taken our Captain 5 out on the river. We've been pleasure cruising for 15 years and Broom are the height of professionalism. Wonderful helpful, welcoming staff that go above and beyond to help. So for our first day it's been awesome. The boat is spectacular. Every attention to detail is so amazing. Thank you so much Broom. See you in 2 weeks!!

We decided to splash out to celebrate my retirement, Having a greyhound meant we had to consider his access. The Broom Captain pet was superb Great communication from the yard, Nothing was too much trouble. We had an awesome week, the boat never missed a beat and we would do it again in a heartbeat Thank you Broom xxx

Superb holiday on the Norfolk Broads and Broom were brilliant. The boat we hired was a Broom Captain and it had absolutely everything we needed. The Broom team were wonderful from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We used the help line for a query whilst we were at Beccles Marina and they sorted out what we needed straight away. We'll definitely be rebooking and wouldn't consider choosing any other company.

Had a day boat from 13.00 to 17.00 last week, October 14th, and all was great from booking the previous day to collecting, instruction, and off on our own downstream. Saw otters among other wildlife and the whole experience was great, especially the expert and friendly staff on quay and in the office. So friendly and welcoming and will definitely go again. Mention also to Food vault for their afternoon tea, marvellous and will feed staff with the leftovers. Can't stress enough, so expert and friendly. Jackie and Roger
