Clitheroe Books

Very nice bookstore in town. The smell of old books as soon as you entire the store is lovely! They have a wide range of books both used and new. The shop owner is kind and helpful. :)
My friend and I bought two books from here, quick service- billing didn’t take any time. The used books are in a very good condition, and they are organised by genre, and in a alphabetical order by author.
Really glad I randomly entered this store and browsed through there collection- found some interesting copies to take back with me.

A lovely bookshop with a great range of books. There is something for everybody. The gentleman who owns the shop is very helpful. Even if you don’t live close to the Clitheroe area, this bookshop is worth travelling too and there are lots of lovely places nearby to have a coffee and a cake too.

1.The "crystals" that I bought were fake and had an outrageous price.
2.I bought a crystal pendant along with an agate crystal and it didn't even fit in the pendant.
3.After only 30 minutes of looking around the shop I was instantly kicked out buy a rude worker.
Overall I do not recommened this shop if you are looking around for a long time.

Absolute gem of a bookshop & the owner couldn't possibly be any more helpful. I was looking for foreign book that is both rare and esoteric and was struggling to find it at a reasonable price. Clitheroe books offered me a choice of editions both new and second hand & also had the best price I had seen.

There are books on all kinds of subjects and I am looking forward to having a proper browse next time I visit.

Lovely book shop! They sell a variety of books from History, Georgraphy, Childrens everything! Really good layout and freindly salesman, also a great place for gifts with jewellery, fairy lights etc. Sadly no disabled access or anime. But other than that great shop! :)

Great shop, loads in second hand but new books available too. They can order in at good prices too. Great communication and easy pick up despite pandemic rules.
