Started off with the 6 week challenge and 3 months later I'm still going! The team at squad fitness are all fantastic and that's what makes you want to go back, even after a long day at work! The PT sessions and classes are all expertly run and encouragement and support is given by a member of the team throughout the whole session. It's always a giggle even though it's always hard work but you feel amazing after leaving, if your legs hold out! Cannot recommend it enough!

Loving getting back into exercising, been way too many years of avoiding it. This is purely thanks to Squad PT, Mandy is great, understanding and adapts exercises if needed and pushes us to achieve our very best ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I haven’t had classes with the other instructors as yet.

This place is great. I started a month ago having done no exercise for a few years and I'm hooked on it already. Challenging but achievable classes, really supportive staff and a great atmosphere every time. Totally recommended for people wanting to get in shape amongst like-minded people.

I joined the 28 day body transformation program at the beginning of July, I lost over 2kg and more importantly inches from my waist. I enjoyed it so much that I have now signed up. The personal trainers are great, friendly and very knowledgeable, other members also make you feel very welcome. It's a fantastic gym

Before joining Squad I hadn't stepped foot in a gym for over 25 years. I was so nervous, but had no reason to be. Absolutely brilliant PTs who are so supportive and patient. The other members are so friendly and encouraging. I have now been there for 8 months and feeling the benefits, so much fitter and healthier - and have lost over 2 stone! I could never have achieved this without my Squad team 😃👍

I like many others started on the 28 day program. Also, like many others I’ve been coming ever since. We flourish on small classes, a massive amount of support from some very dedicated PTs who genuinely care, they go way above and beyond for every member.
Members are friendly, supportive and for many has forged lots of friendships both in and outside of the gym.
Classes are varied with a mix of high intensity cardio and weighs. No pressure, no expectations just do your thing at your pace and have some laughs along the way!

The staff are extremely friendly and really supportive throughout the whole journey. They’re very motivating and give you lots of advice, you can tell they care very much. They created a lasting relationship with me and I loved the facilities and the way it’s set up. I enjoyed all the classes and felt like I was seeing a difference, I can’t wait to join again. I gave it four stars because the size is the only thing which I would probably change, I wish they had more space otherwise everything is prefect

I joined Squad Fitness in September 2021 on the 28 day plan with the goal of losing weight to allow me to complete a charity wing walk. I persuaded my wife Julie to join with me as I needed her to keep me motivated and not quit after the first few sessions. I hadn’t been to a gym for over 30 years, didn’t even own a pair of sports shorts so was quite apprehensive about doing exercise in front of strangers. Mandy and the team were really supportive and encouraging around planning meals using the recipe books and explaining the point of the various exercises. Personally I find things easier to do if I understand why I am doing them and how to do them correctly. Within a few weeks Julie and I started to notice a difference in our general health, we both lost some weight and our BMI’s reduced. We started to attend more of the group classes and got to know lots of other members. Hearing their stories and how they have managed to make lifestyle changes keeps us motivated to do the same. The monthly challenges that you can join in with also keep us training as much as we can each week. 5 months in and we have each lost over 2 stone in weight, both feel much healthier, look quite different in a good way which has be noticed by friends and family have had to buy new clothes as nothing fits us anymore! We are convinced that we wouldn’t have been able to do this at a normal gym and it is because of the way Squad Fitness works and the support the trainers and other members give you that has enabled us to make these lifestyle changes and most importantly stick to them. We highly recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental well-being and doesn’t want to feel intimidated whilst trying to make a positive change. We wish we had discovered this great group of friendly people years ago. Lockdown has allowed us to change our work life balance for the better and as the world starts returning to normal one thing’s for certain, Squad Fitness is going to remain part of our day to day lives going forward.
