From the moment I stepped into the shop, I felt comfortable and cosy. Rachel has created the most wonderful environment and business in which to choose your special dress. The collections are stunning and choice of WELSH designers are so unique. I loved the whole experience and so grateful to Rachel for all the help she gave me to choose my dress. I was a Pandemic bride and had to postpone our wedding, Rachel was so positive throughout the whole process and kept me going. If you are looking for a chilled out experience with loads of smiles and love with truly beautiful handmade dress you, you have to visit Rachel!

I first chose my lovely dress before Covid, and Rachel kept it safe for me over the next two years (through two wedding postponements and a worldwide pandemic) without adding any pressure to collect it!
When we finally arranged the wedding, it was hasty - we didn't want to have to cancel again - and the last alterations were done swiftly, and at short notice!
Rachel couldn't have been friendlier and the boutique has a gorgeous selection of unique pieces to choose from. I loved wearing a very Welsh dress to my very French wedding. It's a beautiful boutique and I recommend it if you're looking for something stylish and playful!

My experience with Rachel was nothing short of WONDERFUL from start to finish, and although Penarth was a way from London where I live, I can’t imagine getting my dress anywhere else.

What can I say about Rachel? She’s an absolute superstar. I visited numerous bridal shops whilst searching for my dress and while the dresses were lovely and the service good, the minute I walked into Rachel’s boutique, I knew it was the place for me. Rachel is so personable, funny, interesting and has an expert eye for unique dresses. She’s also comfortable giving her honest opinion, which is rare for bridal shops. While the boutique is small, it makes you feel like you’re the only bride in the world and hosts a wealth of wedding outfit combinations, each completely different to the last. Five stars doesn't feel like enough! Rachel is an absolute dream putting you at ease as soon as you arrive at her boutique with her infectious positivity. Her boutique is just incredible with so many beautiful options which are all from welsh designers. Before attending Rachel's Boutique I had found it hard to find any dresses that made me feel like myself but at Rachel's boutique there were so many that I loved and felt comfortable in it was hard to choose one. The most beautiful boutique owned by one of the loveliest people we have met. If you are searching for a wedding dress thats lovingly made and unique then look no further. My wife and I both got our dresses from the boutique and loved them SO much. Rachel was welcoming to us both, we all got to know each other which made the whole experience so exciting and fun. Rachel showed such an interest in us and our wedding day making us feel special every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and we always left feeling so happy and at ease.

Rachel is an absolute BABE and has created the most welcoming, inclusive space for Brides who want something a little different.

From the very first email I sent asking her if they had plus size samples (yes!) she was totally on my team and 100% dedicated to helping me find the dress that was perfect for me. She made my try-on appointment an absolute hoot and every follow up fitting was more of the same.

I could not have loved my final dress more and I've had so many people tell me how unique and beautiful it was. I want to wear it every single day!
