Amazing experience trying on dresses and choosing my dream wedding dress. Karen couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. I can’t wait to go back when my dress is ready and relive the experience. I could not recommend highly enough!

Had a really positive experience at the Cardiff branch last week. Karen was absolutely wonderful and made me feel really welcome and comfortable. There was a sign with my name on welcoming us which was a lovely personal touch!

There are so many dresses to chose from and they are of the highest quality! When i was lucky enough to find the dream dress, Karen brought out a bottle of prosecco for us to celebrate! I already cannot wait to come back for my 1st fitting. I left feeling a million dollars 🥰

Karen helped me pick out styles that I liked and assisted me whilst I was trying them on, she was so lovely as was Hannah who came and chatted to us. I had the most wonderful time shopping for my wedding dress at Allison Jayne. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very comfortable, and we had so much fun! My dream dress ('Tunya' by Pronovias) was on the mannequin and I knew the second I saw it that it was the one. The lady who helped me was Karen, and she was so kind and thoughtful - listening to what I wanted/didn't want and making suggestions based on that. Even though I had seen the one I wanted I was very grateful that I tried others on, and Karen knew that I would feel that way! Hannah was also lovely and I really enjoyed chatting to them both. We didn't feel rushed at any point and it was a really personalised, special experience.

All of my fittings were such wonderful experiences. Karen was so patient and considerate, and was very kind and accommodating when I kept changing my mind about certain things! We also met Allison Jayne during a fitting in Swansea, and again when I finally picked up my dream dress. We felt in such safe hands the entire time and I never had any worries that the dress would be perfect on the day. An extra bonus was finding out that I was getting married on the same day as Sarah, who manages the Swansea store! It was so much fun talking to her about our big days and comparing notes.

My whole experience getting my wedding dress here was just amazing. I was initially really nervous about going wedding dress shopping as I didn’t know what I wanted, and as well as going during the pandemic (September 2020). Karen was super helpful and approachable. We discussed my style, budget and preferences. She remembered a dress that wasn’t on display but in the back room, and this turned out to be the dress I chose after trying on quite a few others, all beautiful. It was a lovely experience and I didn’t go to any other bridal stores I was so happy with the professional service and vibe there. They were well organised with moving the dress fittings when lockdowns came into affect and when I collected my dress in August 2021, I have a lot of wonderful memories to take with me as well as my perfect dress.

Had the most exceptional time a couple of weeks ago picking out my wedding dress! Karen was absolutely brilliant and really made me feel at ease. I asked that she be honest about whether or not she felt dresses suited me and she was so professional, which I truly appreciated. I was also the first bride for a new starter who was so lovely and again really understood what we were after and gave her opinions as we asked! It felt like I was shopping with my family and some good friends. I could not have been more comfortable anywhere else.

She let my family sit down and enjoy the appointment and after we left everyone was blown away with how easy and straightforward the affair was!

I cannot recommend Allison Jayne highly enough! The store is airy and beautiful and the range of options available are unparalleled!

I can't wait to come back for my fittings!
