Beautiful dresses! me and my daughter was looked after brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble, loved Tina who done all my daughters alterations was so easy to chat to like we had always known her a great service.

Was booked in to try on a specific dress and I had asked previously would this dress be available for me to try on and was told it was. Turned up with my mum and looked at a couple of dresses and had to tell them again the I was after despite the message exchange we had before had and I was told sorry we don’t have that dress here it’s in our Swansea store But we can try on similar styles but different brands that felt completely different. When I left I felt so deflated and I was prepared to go with another dress just because it il was more convenient but I spoke with someone in work and they told me to find that dress and try it on. I googled the stock lists for it and there was a shop in Cardiff booked an appointment straight away. when I arrived the dress was hung up ready for me and I fell in love, it was perfect.
It’s a shame because If the dress was at Eva Ashley like they’d promised me I would’ve bought it.
