Bridal Box

Went to purchase a dress for my sixth form ball earlier on today and I was overwhelmed. The two ladies who helped me were outstanding and honest - which is what you really need when picking the perfect dress! Both very helpful women who made my appointment worth wild! They let me have a look around the shop first of all to pick out my favourites, then they listened to my request of a red, poffy dress and certainly succeed. I walked out of there today with a huge smile on my face and a beautiful dress in my hands. Thank you very much both.

i am 63 years old and was planning my wedding. The only problem was what to wear. It was to be a small church wedding but I still wanted to look special. I spent 3 months trudging around the shops but it was not a good experience. I was getting no where. It was 6 weeks to go and I thought I was going to turn up in my jeans.Then some one suggested Bridal Box so off I went with my friend.
When we arrived there was a young bride standing on a box and she looked beautiful in her wedding dress and there were 2 ladies helping her. I was about to walk out as I felt too old but one of the ladies came over and asked if she could help. I explained I was the bride and she made me a coffee and said she would not keep me waiting long.
I was then taken upstairs and I was made to feel as important as that young bride. Dress after dress went on until we found the perfect one. Only problem was it did not fit. No problem they said we can make it fit.
With such a short time before the wedding another appointment was made. The 2 ladies made me so welcome and when I tried on the dress at the final dress fitting I felt amazing. They found me the perfect head dress and wished me well. I can not thank them enough.

Bit late leaving a review as I bought my dress this time last year...still waiting to wear it thanks to covid!
The service here was absolutely wonderful. Stunning selection of dresses with very patient staff. They offered great advice and expert opinions.
I just can't wait for the day to come to actually wear my gorgeous gown! 🙏

Just wow! Beautiful dresses, super friendly staff. I had the lovely Holly assisting me and she could not have done any more to make me feel special, supported, had extensive knowledge of the dresses etc and gave me honest advice and guidance which is what I wanted. The store is spacious clean and light.

This wedding dress shop is fabulous. I was quite nervous going dress shopping today but the staff made me feel at ease. I found the perfect dress many thanks to Rhian for her patients with me. X
