Got my dress here today! The staff were excellent and made me feel so comfortable. I was always nervous about getting my dress after putting on a bit of weight this year but the girls made me feel special. Now I'm super excited for my big day! All of the dresses are stunning and for a reasonable price! Got my bridesmaids dresses at the Cardiff store and had a fab experience there too.

We had such a lovely experience in your shop today, staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble, Jess was assigned to us, she made us feel relaxed and she was so bubbly and helpful making a nervous Bride to Be feel special. I had an amazing experience with Jessica, she was super helpful and she fulfilled everything I asked for! I now know "the bridal feeling" exists and I experienced it today thanks to Jess, my daughter and I had a good laugh with her too and also because of the covid19 my daughter had to get me in and out of the dresses and she has a bad back at the moment so Jess jumped in to help as much as she could and she did everything she could to accommodate my daughter! Yesterday I went to Wed2b to look at some dresses for my wedding. I have never been in a shop and never tried a dress on before. SOPHIE helped me and made me feel very welcome, I had a choice of 4 dresses to try on 1 was my all time favourite "mermaid" dress. And now I have found my dress! Thank you so much for helping me chose my dream wedding dress! Highly recommend this shop and the ladies working there xx

Went for my first wedding dress shopping experience here the first weekend of 2023. I believe the woman who assisted me was called Jess. Honestly I cannot praise her enough! She explained everything so thoroughly, she worked with me on what I would like/dislike and was just amazing with me and my group. I nearly said yes to a dress that Jess picked out on my first time! I do want to look around at a few other styles, but failing them, i'll definitely be back in for my dream dress and all the trimmings😍. Thank you Jess for making me fall in love with a dress I never thought I would!
