Foxfields Country Hotel

Just returned back from having spent the weekend at Foxfields country Hotel for our Daughters wedding Sunday 31st July,
I cannot praise the staff enough each and everyone went above and beyond to make it special , James the wedding coordinator was wonderful nothing was too much trouble,we were given freedom to dress the room as we wished and he was always on hand to help us out
The food was spectacular, the rooms were very comfy we had a suite with a patio door out onto the lawns which my little dog loved
Yes !! They allow dogs in fact we had 3 dogs at the wedding

We had Breakfast delivered to our room and it was lovely
The Hotel has a gorgeous pool which my grandson and his friend enjoyed very much
The outside grounds are just Beautiful for the wedding pictures
I highly recommend this Hotel for your wedding

This is a wedding venue that blares deafening music until midnight. Staff were totally unsympathetic when we called to enquire about the disturbance. They rudely declined our requests for a quieter room or for them to turn it down slightly, or do anything at all! They even told me that the reason for the noise was that guests were opening doors to the party room and that staff cannot go and close them... The next day there were panties left in the flower beds and beer everywhere. Avoid at all costs unless attending a wedding!!

Gets two stars rather than one as the rooms are massive and the restaurant staff are really friendly.

Had a lovely few days there couldn't fault it one bit the food was excellent breakfast cooked to order the staff so happy to help and the food on the wedding day was fantastic the chefs deserve the biggest compliment thank you

Attended a family wedding here on 8th October. Brilliant venue. Food was amazing for the wedding meal and so was the breakfast. Staff were very attentive and could not do enough. Highly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely excellent, staff were excellent, the wedding we attended was exceptional, and the food, and service..well, what can I say, portions, quality, presentation, off the scale. We had an amazing experience staying here and would highly recommend . Thank you very much.

We stayed the weekend for our daughters and son in laws wedding and WOW
As a cynical father of the bride I didn’t know what to expect.
The staff and everyone involved in the wedding package went above and beyond to make sure it was a day to remember. I can’t really put into words how good the day was

Went to a luncheon organised by East Lancashire Past Lady Captains and had a lovely three course meal. Staff were pleasant and the service was very good and well organised. The room was decorated beautifully.

Suite pleasant and spacious however some parts need attention eg scratched paintwork on furniture, soap grill in shower rusty. Dinner at function mediocre, vegetables badly prepared, beans raw. However sandwiches in the restaurant were excellent and breakfast very good. Staff very polite and helpful. Questionable return visit.
