Absolute amazing English breakfast. What a gem in Ellesmere. I always love a full English breakfast when on holiday and definitely rate it 10 out of 10 for the meals they served here. We were a party of 4 adults, one child, and a baby. All of the food was served at the same time and beautifully cooked. I had the Shropshire blend coffee and it was served in a French press. It tasted divine.

Fantastic little café! Very accommodating friendly people working there; family run and very professional. AMAZING cooked breakfasts (we had full English & vegetarian. Super hash browns!) and excellent value for money.

Found this gem almost by accident but very glad we did. Food was fantastic, portions were huge, prices were great and service amazing. This is our new go to cafe in Ellesmere when we are riding in the area.

My wife and I have lunched here often and have always been very pleased with our food. I would certainly highly recommend the Ham salad in the Spring and Summer - fantastic quality and value. The baguettes are also extremely good.

But won't just serve you drinks without food at certain times, so not actually a "cafe", I would suggest.

Our car suggested this cafe and got to say it was an excellent choice! Service was exceptional, tea was perfect and the breakfasts were the best! This is our new go to breakfast restaurant 🥳

Unable to deal with the most basic and common dietary requirements and allergies. Looked at blankly when asking for non dairy milk like its an unusual alien concept. I mean other cafes in this tourist town offer 2-5 non dairy milks. 🤷

We are regulars here. Good service, excellent food (particularly the bacon), friendly staff and convenient location. Walk round the Mere afterwards and it’s calorie neutral.
