Called today a young guy said who deals with placing a order is buzzy he took my number and said they would call back... 2 hours later I called back same guy said yes havent forgot about you hes gone to price it up for me and will call back in a few min ...
1.. how do you know what I all need delivered.
2. So how can you price it up...
3 I know what I want I know the price ...
4 oppps your now closed and no call back...
What a waist of your service.....

They had a small problem I could not put order online for all the things I needed Very helpful on phone spoken had 2 calls back in few minutes Luke took my order and was able to pick it up in less then an hour .

After 18 Months issues with bathroom floor shower still not resolved. Small claims court against your company will be held at 1400 8th December 2022.
You have failed to fix an issue your department manager failed to resolve after promising both verbally and on paper to do so!
You blame your supplier, the suitabilities of you supply chain are your issue, not mine. Ever hear of a supplier evaluation audit?

top rate service given by the team at corby branch, bathroom showroom staff especially nothing is too much trouble and if any issues arise they are dealt with as quickly as possible, the communication is outstanding, all the staff we have dealt with are always professional, polite and extremely helpful, would not hesitate to recommend.

We bought a house that has a Symphony brand kitchen installed, and we wanted to get a kitchen island made to match. Symphony is only carried by Buildbase it seems, so we contacted them for assistance in this fairly sample request. We came prepared with exact floorplans and dimensions required, plus a defined spec of all items required (cabinets/base, counter tops, etc). Over the past 3 weeks, we have had exactly 1 helpful response from Buildbase saying they don't support our design because it might make the kitchen not handicap accessible? Within an hour we responded and asked for further feedback and ways to make our kitchen island handicap accessible (mind you - no one in our 2 story house is disabled or differently abled, so I don't understand why this is a problem to begin with?) Since then we have received nothing other than a single email saying they are too "busy with meetings" to help us. The worst part is, we can't even go to another Buildbase because they only serve delivery within 20 miles, and Corby is the only Buildbase with kitchen support within 20 miles of us. So their poor service means we will just have an empty kitchen instead. I know we're in a pandemic and worse things are happening in the world, but we have saved up money for this island throughout the pandemic only for us to be completely ignored and held commercially hostage by quite literally the only company that can help us in this situation. They can't be bothered to respond to emails sent directly to those in the kitchen department, so I doubt they look at google reviews anyway. But I thought others should know before trying to go to them.
