Booked tool hire online for the following week. Phoned to confirm a couple of days later as hadn't received any communication. Much chasing and none-returned calls later told very sorry but equipment not available. Bit of a shambles, shouldn't really be accepting booking requests online as don't have procedures in place to make sure available.

Not very good customer service, better under the last manager

Excellent Builders merchant with knowledgeable staff. The Tool and Equipment hire is particularly good with 2 staff members each having over 20 years of hire experience.

Jewsons have enabled our business to grow. The lads and management attention to detail, pro active attitude and first class customer service under pinned with very competitive pricing structure is a breath of fresh air.

Having no experience of tool rental I was a bit apprehensive about visiting but I didn’t need to worry, the staff member I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. He gave he a thorough guide on how to use the sander I was hiring as well as some really helpful advise and tips, he carried it out to my car and back in when I returned it - couldn’t speak highly enough, excellent service and very personable and put me at ease - thank you 😊
