Well designed and easy to find products in this Wickes store with a light and airy feel as soon as you walk in. Customer service that I encountered was very good and is an asset to the store team.

Please read do not place an order with Wickes!
Placed an order for new bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom in July 2021 with Cannock store.
Have had main bathroom and cloakroom finished in December but still waiting for en suite to be fitted 4 months after! Have called and emailed kitchen and bathroom designer, the manager and the store manager and still haven’t got a set date for installation.
Also LED mirror that was fitted in December isn’t working. The hand sensor that turns the light on and off isn’t working so we have to turn it off by the trip switch for the whole bathroom otherwise they stay on.

I went to the Cannock store to get potting compost. As the offer was for four bags I needed help to get them to the car. On arrival I couldn't find it and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. It was such a pleasure to shop here I would really recommend going here if you are not fully able to lift or carry things.

Girl at the till was very helpful. She didnt hesitate to help me with my heavy items I was collecting and she put everything into the boot of my car without complaint. Thankyou for making my shopping experience easier, much appreciated.

I popped in to the Cannock branch yesterday as I needed some tools to wood stain my internal doors and I had no idea where to start. Pete helped me find every tool I needed and explained how to use each one. Thanks Pete!

Went in to purchase some tiles. A few were broken upon opening them, called store and a member of staff explained the process and to just bring the broken tiles and receipt (to save me repackaging a box of 16) and they will replace them. When I got to store, the same member of staff assisted me, and I was in and out within 5 minutes, I didn't catch the staff members name, but he delivered great customer service and resolved my issue for me quickly, thank you very much.

Friendly staff at click and collect. The process changed for click and collect, so you now have to pick a collection time when you get the confirmation text message. Not sure how helpful this extra complication is to the process. Not sure that the picker selected the best items for me. The saw sheath was unstuck and the timber was not in best condition. Maybe they don't like doing this service for customers, and trying to encourage us to do instore picking ourselves?
