As you can see by the rest of the reviews the customer service is terrible run like a village everyone speaking in there own language. The supervisor/manager is completely illiterate “kasia”. Please can someone from head office get in touch with me or a area manager as it’s shocking how the way the store is run.

Well where do I start .. from the unhelpful attitude members of staff !
Managed to get what I was looking for however the cutting bay didn’t know how it needed to be cut then wanted to refuse to cut it ! Worst experience I’ve ever received as a customer don’t think I’ll be using this branch again ..
really need to re-train your staff here ! Wow ..

Poor service and sick people working there I feel sorry I ask them Whre is the manager with one mnt three people say it I’m manager my god I bring back door lock and they give me back have money unbelievable

Customer support at it's finest. I received excellent support and prompt communication when replacing my shower screen. I made a wrong order after taking wrong measurements and needed to replace the screen. The staff were more than helpful in the whole process and assisted me to choose the right screen and transporting it. Thank you Kessia and the entire team
