Jewson Bristol (Winterstoke Road)

EXCELLENT service, eager to help, very friendly. If you're not sure where things are in the store, the staff happily take you to the exact spot where the item is, & point it out to you, EVEN offering you a cheaper equivalent if in stock (NOT like my experience in Selco where IF YOU'RE LUCKY, they'll tell you what part of their store something you want MIGHT be).

Not good. No room to turn artic. Back out on to roundabout. Staff ok. But generally slow.

Staff always willing to help deliveries on time.

Terrible unorganized and inefficient. I wanted Aco drain end caps fair enough Clevedon were out of stock but told me about 14 were showing up on their computer system in Weston super mare and said they were about £4 each. I drove there about 12 miles and was told they can't find any in the shop. I was told that Bristol had about 41 so drove to Bristol another 30 miles of lost time and
my petrol got to the Bristol branch and they had some priced at £8 each double the price for a small piece of plastic worth in real terms about 10p. The actual drain itself 1m long of black plastic 8cm deep and 13cm wide with a metal grill spanning it's length is only £8 They didn't give a hoot about the fact Jewson staff had sent me on a 50 mile plus wild goose chase. Staff don't seem to care much about good customer service

We were looking for paving slabs. Jewson had a good selection and the staff were very helpful loading them into our car.
Good prices too.

I found some pavers that I liked on a display panel and they couldn't identify them or two me how to get them. They did point me in the direction of stuff they have in stock to choose from.

Very good. Staff polite and helpful as always
