Arrived at this premise, we do other ones too... Saw the manager and luckily he recognized us from the previous visit, yey, once signed in, did necessary precautions, started the task in hand in their washroom facilities... They are always helpful in there, plus i managed to get the hand gel i luv... 👍👍👍👍

Extremely bad service - trucks parked everywhere all over the place and can’t park - also had multiple flat tyres on many occasions which is caused by the lack of tidying behind the building in the loading unloading area absolutely terrible. Don’t use

This branch is the worst Selco branch I ever dealt with. Customer service is appauling. Ordered goods for delivery only to be told volume customers get priority, so I cancelled my delivery and will not give this branch any future business.

I would like to publicly acknowledge the excellent service I received from Ben & Leah in the sales team. Also I would like to mention Steve the delivery driver as nothing was too much bother and he had a great "can do" attitude, unlike a relief driver that we received for one of the orders.

Placed an order last weekend for driveway gravel. Told it will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday came, no show Wednesday came, no show. Chased up and promised it would come Thursday, no show. Chased up and promised it would come Friday on third delivery. Guess what no show. Two different excuses given (get your story straight before you try to flannel customers). Promised it will be on the very first delivery Saturday morning between 7am and 9am. Had to call again as a no show. I wouldn't mind if they admit to genuine errors but to give feeble excuses is not acceptable. Avoid at all costs if you rely on a delivery

Just started using selco . My first order dealt with by Ben . Order over phone , but had to go in to register card . Ben was Very helpful and pleasant and friendly. Makes all the difference. Will be back
