I popped in recently to see if they had something I need to complete a job locally. One guy was was outside talking about a up and coming football match .I was not even acknowledge on entering or leaving the store . The other guy just sat behind the counter eating and turning his gateway when any eye contact was close . So much for customer service

Fast delivery, civil and always accomodating and working hard to make sure trades people get the best deals and are left to focus on what they are good at. Much of this depends on the manager and D works hard at this.
