Toolstation Surbiton

Tracey was very helpful when I purchased wire cutters today! She was extremely polite and gave amazing customer service! Would definitely shop in this branch again!

I sent my 19-year-old grandson to the Surbiton branch of Toolstation with a part from my sink which needed replacing. He was told that she didn’t know what it was and what size was it? It was right in front of her!
He came back empty-handed and I am off to B&Q where I know from experience I will get all the help I need to find the appropriate part

I visit the branch fairly often, staff are always polite and things are mostly always in stock.

Today I was helped by Louis, was attempting some plumbing at home with little idea what I was doing. He was very patient with me and did his best to answer my questions. I purchased the wrong product and had to return, again he was happy to help.
