MKM Building Supplies Burton upon Trent

Having no experience of what was needed for our garden renovation it was a breath of fresh air to find a company who was patient and explained what we required in terms that we understood but also wasn’t presented as a sales pitch but actually what would work for us. The staff were professional and friendly and when the goods were received, we had follow-up communication to confirm everything was as we expected. The finished article is amazing and we will spend many sunny days in the garden. I would recommend MKM for any future house or garden renovations and this will definitely not be my last visit.

His customer service to us was amazing cannot fault him at all. He has made us extremely happy as he has sourced exactly the right materials we were looking for and wanted.

I have now been using MKM Building supplies Burton Upon Trent for approximately 6 months after being disappointed with my previous suppliers and would like to congratulate the entire team for their consistent exceptional customer service.

From the moment i made my first enquiry i was invited to call at the depot for a coffee and a tour of the facilities by Andrew Bird which was very helpful and helped me realise the range of supplies and stock available.

Tony O'Byrne called to introduce himself, processed and opened my account quickly and processed my orders in super quick time. His response to our enquires has been swift and efficient, thank you for your tremendous support.

Deliveries and returns have been bang on and over the bank holiday weekend we requested some information from credit control and Kerry Stagg responded with what we needed quicker than any other supplier we haver used.

Had a call from Kelly Mitchell in sales today, asking if we are happy with the service and did we need any help or support with current projects, which has prompted me to write this review.

The last two years have been very challenging for all but it makes a refreshing change to work with a supplier who is willing to put customers first.Truly first class staff who go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service.

We would highly recommend your services to anyone requiring building related supplies.

First time using MKM (for my patio slabs) and I'm so impressed! I'm naturally quite an indecisive person and with so many to choose from I found it quite overwhelming 😂 But Bekki was so nice and really helpful and I couldn't be happier with my choice, thank you so much!

Visited MKM yesterday morning, to purchase a concrete lintel 1500x65x100 plus 2 x 3mm stop beads, was told that the total was over £50. I Walked out and went to Travis Perkins and paid £17.40.

After ringing to be told they had 11 bags of kiln sand but could not be arsed to go and check instead waste my time my petrol going to store then to be told only 2 bags even though there were 3 more and the staff member stated I couldn't have them there saved. Next time get up and check your stock if your not sure instead of wasting customers time I certainly won't be using this place again. 👎👎
