Nationwide Building Society

I have been with nationwide building society sence I was 18 years old and its the best in the world.I wouldn't trust anyone else with my money the service is outstanding .I went in there today and chatted to the stuff and they are so nice I think it does make a difference when you see a face behind the desk as I refuse point blank to do internet banking I would allways rather see a face and talk to the person face to face .I wouldn't go anyway else .so its 5stars from me just great service great people .

I wanted to talk to someone about a loan. All your advertised phone numbers only work with an account number. I went to the branch advertised on your website at Finchley Central first but was told it had gone. I then got a bus to North Finchley advertised as 'open' on your website, to find that that had also closed and the nearest one was Muswell Hill. I went to the Halifax. Please update your web site

Cant make deposits at the indoor machine, workers arent socially distant enough to you but tell you to back off at the till, onw worker touched my bag without asking but they weren't watching the 2 pickpickets, every time i go in there the tall bloke is always leaving for snacks and the polish girl has a disinterested attitude rather than a caring one, used to have good customet service 6 to 10 years ago, now every time i go in, I feel less of a customer

I went into this branch today with my uncle and everyone was so kind, especially John anna. Considering there was a language barrier, John was very accommodating and spoke amazing Tamil.
