I had to close my late mothers account. Went into the branch and saw Kate. She handled my query with great politeness, compassion and expertise. I could not have asked for a better experience.

On 16th June 2022 I paid a visit to the Harlow branch to transfer some money to my normal banking account. I met Alex one of the staff members, who was brilliant, she sorted out all my queries, helped me transfer the money in the most efficient way, was interested and helpful from beginning to end of my visit. I left the branch really impressed by the service I received, so thank you Alex.

I've used Nationwide for years and have always been more than happy with the service I receive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Kate is an absolute delight and when my daughter and I come in she gives us amazing customer service. She cheerful,helpful and has a heart of gold. Thank you Kate you truly make a difference

Wendy was great - initially she asked whether I'd tried to pay in via the machine so I jokingly said I wasn't trusting a cheque of that value (more than I would usually be paying in) to a machine! She then saw the amount and immediately reassured me that in fact the machine wouldn't have taken it anyway! She asked whether I had plans for it and when I said it would be shifted to savings asked whether I'd like advice on options for that, which she accepted but again reiterated that the advice was there if needed and I only had to ask. A really nice, friendly but also efficient transaction.

Exceptional customer service received by Ashleigh Morrison! She greeted me with a friendly and warm welcome and I could not fault her professionalism and expertise. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she helped me with everything I came in to do. It’s really difficult to encounter great service in branches these days as they always push you to use digital services which is not for everyone which is why I would highly recommend this branch. Credit where credit is due. Thank you and look forward to visiting again!

I had a really good experience. The lady advisor was polite efficient & very pleasant.

We visited the Harlow branch and was seen by a young lady called Holly, we have been impressed with the way she gives help and information in the past and this day was no different.
Holly is polite helpful and always has a smile. The professional way she answered all my many questions as she explained what I needed to do, what would happen and how long it would take for Nationwide to do it put my mind at rest.
The advice she gave on the services Nationwide could provide was very informative and helpful.
Holly also informed us that if we needed help call in and either see her or one of the team and they could help.
Holly explained various options that Nationwide could provide for us. She is without doubt a massive asset to Nationwide.
We left reassured that all was ok everything she arranged happened on time and the way she said it would.
Top marks to the team at Harlow not only Holly, I have no doubt that the other team members are just as good as Holly but this day the Nationwide experience was excellent as always.

I went to the branch to cancel an old cheque I withdrew and alex sorted it no probs, no questions no palaver. Awesome service!!!!
