Went in to sort out buying property and making sure money exchanged easily. Cathy served us, very helpful and friendly. She sorted everything we needed also told us we could get discount on house insurance as customers. The way she explained was clear and sent us e mail with step by step process. Thank you Cathy.

Popped in to open a separate current account and staff were extremely helpful. I was told to take a seat, but seconds later Rachel came and within a short time had helped me open the account. Whilst doing that she suggested I open an instant access savings account, which was amazing. Brilliant
