I went to this branch yesterday for some problems of my account. The staff are really so good and helpful. Especially the young lady named NATALIE was so much helpful to sort my problem out. She is really dedicating about her own duty and service. Thanks her for great service and all too.

Kingston is not my local branch however It will now be my main branch where I will do all my banking. I was greeted by a smiley member of staff by the door asking what I needed to do today and was then directed to the counter where I was served by a lovely young lady called Lydia. Lydia was very smiley, friendly and helpful with my transaction. We engaged in a lovely conversation before she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. 10/10 service at the Kingston branch and I appreciate all their hard work during this pandemic / Lockdown.

Just been to nationwide and truly great service and staff. I'm so glad we still have branches that we can visit and talk to people to sort out any problems. Great work guys and thank you for the great service. Better than any other bank

The best Bank/Building Society I have ever found. Can't for the life of me understand why I never found sooner. Banking as it used to be, updated to a modern level and even better. Nothing is to much for them and the service is real people doing outstanding work.

I’m the first time been to the Nationwide bank / building society . I’m so happy that’s the staff are so friendly and politely , they’re helping to me solve it out for the register bank account because am new and have no experience. Services are good and quick only two days they’re already accepted me and sent the email to me . Comfortable environment as well because they’re moving to a new branch in Kingston town . Thank you Nationwide 🫶🏻♥️ .

Why do I have to wait SO LONG for them to answer the phone. 25 minutes and STILL WAITING. Not impressed.

Very rude staff, service is pants and the staff pack knowledge. They do not know how to treat customers.
