However I would not rate the Nationwide experience as a whole at 5 stars, I would like to say that Vinnie from this particular branch was most helpful in resolving issues with opening a new account. Very kind and friendly individual. Thank you. Monika

I have problems with Nina ( Branch Manager ) , She is very very impolite , she thinks , this branch is for her father !!!!! I could not understand how can trust her . low services

After waiting 10 mins at reception for the satsuma faced Little Britainesque lumpy potato to get off her personal call, complete with a feeble attempt to look busy clicking her mouse randomly, she eventually decided to book my appointment. Unfortunately, she was so used to fake mouse clicks that the appointment was not recorded so almost wasted a journey except I did get a slightly dizzy but we'll mannered junior to sort out my account. Should have gone to HSBC, Barclays etc
