Fantastic service and very friendly staff. I had a great consultant who went out of his way to help me when I wanted to change banks and open saving accounts. I will be leaving the area soon and I hope the other branches are as good as this one.

I have used this branch for years and was always asked by locals why Hammersith they'd rather travel to another branchfurther away for a friendly service. I love going there there is a lovely blonde polish girl that gives a fantastic service. But this morning greeted by a young girl at the door that could not even say good morning a young gentleman with her spoke politely and opened door. i am elderly and needed statement going back perhaps under two years to maybe 2 years. I asked for help she could only keep sighing as she said for me to say again, I told her I was sorry but I needed these to check dated tofind out when I switched energy companies. I was told to wait whilst she spoke to colleague, eventually after waiting I was called to counter where a middle aged woman I've seen before greeted me, I apologised and asked that I needed statements going back perhaps a year or two, she spoke cool and stated that could be sorted out by my colleague and not here, I tried to say I wouldnt be at counter if she understood what I had requested in the first place, SHE my colleague had a name, I stated back what else should I call her she didn't have name plate your colleague as you say. I found the whole procedure rude and arrogant, and now see why some locals would travel further . Perhaps some of your staff need Customer service refresher courses like your polite and professional polish member of staff .

Really appalling service. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say I was met with the most awful staff. I asked for a print out of my bank statement, to which I was met with a laugh and a rude stare as the member of staff said, ‘but there’s nothing in it’. I’d never been so taken aback. For starters, there was money in the account, it isn’t my primary account as I have a bank account elsewhere but even if there wasn’t why would you even say that? I’m not expecting staff to be endlessly friendly, it’s not that important but she was actively rude. I also have a learning difficulty which meant I needed to sort my route before leaving the store. She was quite eager to force me to leave, and as I was getting my stuff together she said, excuse me can you leave. It was just the most appalling service, a real shame because other branches have been gone and even friendly.

I went in the Hammersmith bank to cancelled some bank transfers I made a mistake on the guy behind counter just kept putting me off saying I you have to wait a long time I said no problem then he said you have to get on to company cannot do it so I came home quite upset and phoned nationwide I spoke to Nigel he helped me through everything it takes a while that’s fine I said he was so assuring I felt better with the out come I went in to Hammersmith branch at 930 it was no t busy but did not do nothing for me m beaton

Very bad service, website says it close at 3pm, I arrived at 237pm, and a black african guy in 3 piece closed the door in front of me, I explained to him about closing time but still closed the door. I need the desk service as i wanted tonpay someone new , I was away from home and did not have my card reader with me. What a poor service and he kept on looking at his watch because he realised he closed it too early. Today is Wednesday 22 December 2021. Please investigate and improve the service.
