Nationwide Building Society

I withdrew all my money from this bank and went to another bank who welcomed me with open arms, because jumped up female manager who thought she rules the world. Bring back Smiley to show this poor manager how to operate a branch correctly

I have never written a review in my life but here we go.
All my life I have never been treated so badly as I was yesterday when I went to this bank,
Staff treated me like a criminal and he looked down on me because first of all I requested a simple name change on my account ( never had any issues doing this with my own bank). And the fact that I’m a single mum with two children with a full time permanent stable good job. I was shocked and disappointed.
Treating people with respect, kindness and consideration should be the foundation of any company. If you can’t do that get robots to run the place or shut it down.

Switched reluctantly to maintain debit card facility.I had expected the same professionalism and outstanding service I had taken for granted from my previous Building Society.
Absolutely gutted to leave the Coventry building society and really miss their services and fantastic staff
NB One female member of staff at this Bedworth branch did try her best to resolve problems caused by a senior colleague, which I am grateful for, but it shouldn't be the exception.
When I find her name, I will update this review in appreciation of her efforts.
Update,her name is Lucy - a young blonde girl who's customer service is better than her colleagues!

Everytime ive made a call to this branch staff always been very friendly and helpful.
Very good meeting here recently also.

Friendly staff but miss this blond ladywho last year moved to the Nuneaton branch one down side is the intrusive music which puts me off going inside I use the ATM MACHINE I DID COMPAIN TO HEAD OFFICE ABOUT THE I did what you suggested but for nowhere I refuse to enter Nationwide until they decide not to have music and I am staying outside until a change of policy is made so therrINTRUSIVE MUSIC IN THE OAST BUT SADLY LOST THE CASE don't like the female cashiers they get on my nerves in fact I am not fond of them I am polite to them but I would not be theirbfreind in fact my recent visit shows the female staff are miserable they don't likee and one talked down to me as an idiot idea for me get rid of Branch radio and make the miserable girls do without

Not been with nationwide for long . But lost card had to go into branch lovely friendly helpful staff in my local branch..

As always in Nationwide Bedworth, excellent service from caring staff.

I find the staff at this Branch always cheerful & so very helpful. Then again I have never found any Nationwide B/S.Staff any different. Every Branch seems staffed with the nicest people you can imagine.
