Employees are so rude, and need to learn manners, I think its prejudice here whenever I working ask for simple task such as bank statements, I am spoken and given weird looks.

The employees here need to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

4.4/5 score certainly does not reflect this branch. Some very helpful people but equally there are some staff that are not (including one person who called himself a manager who was useless).

On 18th July I wanted to pay a cheque in using the ATM outside as it was 7.30am and I was on my way to work . The first machine I used wouldnt allow me to make a deposit .I went to use the other ATM next to it and it looked like it had had something spilt all over it looked awful . On my home at 5.30 I then thought I would stop and pay the cheque in .The machine was still the same I think it is bad management that this hadnt been cleaned by a member of staff . Im sure complaints would have been made during the day . What sort of image does this create for the nationwide . If the substance was something that couldnt be cleaned at least display and opologiy with a notice .

Amazing staff. Never had a problem with them and always help you. Never had to wait more than 1 minute in a queue and do what you require very fast and eficiantly

Very disappointed, went there Nov 4th , I wanted to ask about a few things , given some paperwork on saving rates by the man at the front desk , I felt he didn't want to help or was interested, it wasn't even busy in there either
