Nationwide was never a bank. It has always been a Building Society.

Pleasant staff & easy to setup a new account. The apps and site are very good, much better than HSBC!

Staff always courteous and polite. Very helpful and make you feel that you matter.

Everything was very good. I got appointment within 2 days, which is good in my opinion. Clare, who was helping me to open my current account, was very helpful and gave me useful information about everything I wanted to know. Card was sent to me pretty quick, after 4 days. Would recommend :)

I just wanted to drop some feedback that Lewis was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me and my fiancée opening a joint account. He was clear, helpful and polite, and he followed with everything in an extremely efficient manner. Thanks Lewis, much appreciated!

Excellent branch with great attention to customer service and support. I visit this branch occasionally, and the opening hours may feel slightly limiting however I visited the branch earlier today to do a number of things.

I needed to pay in a cheque, so was easily able to use one of the three self service kiosks to do this without hassle, as they're clearly guided and have the information you need to do this without assistance.

Using the counter service (2 of them were staffed, which was good) I then did banking at the counter.

Also, I was able to speak to one of the two members of friendly staff who were in the lobby area with a more complex query, to which they sat me down and investigated for me.

Overall, a good branch with great service, free WiFi and attention for the customer. The branch when I visited today had at least 6 staff visible to me in the branch, which meant service was available and quick, and I didn't need to book an appointment or wait a long time. It is good to see a counter service being offered alongside self-service and staff to help.
