This 5 stars was for the lovely lady did my money transfer today and not fit the other one who made me feel not welcome by berating about being able to transfer money via my phone if I had the app. If I wanted app I would get it. Do you not want face to face customers after all your adds stare we are all about customers. Oh and one other small point why is yours the only bank in kendal not dog friendly. I have been a customer for 30 years ish and would just like to bank as I want to bank.

The Manager is a liar and utterly useless.
Due to the actions of this bank and its Kendal branch I’ll will be moving all my accounts and my families accounts to another bank.

Most of the staff here are absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful, patient when needed. But the manager Joanne is so rude, so stern and officious, condescending attitude, inflexible, gives new meaning to the term 'jobsworth'. It's a shame because the rest of the team in the branch go out of there way to be pleasant and obliging.
