On March 19th I visited the Sutton in Ashfield branch to try and sort out registering for on line banking for my mothers account with which I have power of attorney over.

The staff could not have been more helpful and after numerous phone calls my on line banking was set up. The old Derbyshire pass books were also updated with replacement Nationwide ones. I was also included in the tea round!

Not open at 9.00am as stated on web get your act together

I was a few weeks ago to them and I wanted to open an account. I had all the papers to open it button they didn't want to help me because I don't speak very well they're language and they send me to make the aplication on the Internet. I did it on the Internet but it sended me back to them ..when I got there it was the same thing .that they can't open me an account.. they want to have more client but they don't bother to help a guy who is from another country.
