A good bus station but no shops open in the late evening. Good thing there is a vending machine with drinks. The guy at the information desk was super friendly and pointed to the right bay for my bus departure. Once bus is ready, they open the doors and you show the ticket to the bus driver and get on board. Went smoothly.
We managed to go to Buckingham palace in the 40 minute change allowed between buses as it's a short walk away.

It’s a central station for all kinds of buses going everywhere. Always overcrowded, however the toilets are good to use and they have nice eateries around in case the waiting time is longer!!
The railway station is adjacent, Wi-Fi works great, and always lively with so many folks in and out!

Bus stations to everywhere especially for out town. We went to Paris by bus from this station. Clean and tidy but at night, no shops are open. Coach information is displayed and updated on the monitor. The waiting area is not too big and seating is limited.

Victoria Coach station is one of the most important transport hub for London citizens.

It's very close to Victoria Underground Station. Huge in space and very nice, clean atmosphere.

Excellent customer service and wonderful employees. Different bus & Coach companies use this station for passengers. I visited Liverpool and Leicester From the Station. Both of them were good experience. Station is very organised.

Many passengers and not enough space, but staff was unruffled and capable, loading buses with minimal delay and brief explanations. Areas are clean and signage is clear once you get the hang of it.
Biggest mystery is, no wifi - you have to go next to the Starbucks to hook up to their signal! This seems a serious oversight in 2022!! Refreshments are available.
Providing a massive public service especially during high summer train and Underground strikes.

London city’s main coach station to travel across UK. National Express the country’s main bus service takes anywhere in the country at a reasonable price to and from London. Accommodating 100’s of people at one time and 1000’s in a day this coach station is maintained clean. Free Toilets available inside, along with lots of shops to buy some quick snacks.

All the buses are very similar and comfortable for long journey. Toilets are available inside bus and maintained clean. Bus drivers are very skilled people, drives safe and reach destination on time. I used Flixbus for the first time as it’s cheaper but got delayed. Recommend National express for an efficient travel.

This station has been here since 1932 serving London and connections across the country.

This is a coach/ bus station. It's in a great location for tube, rail, bus and coach connections.

There is not alot of seating while waiting for your choice of transport.

There is a desk on entry to station where you can ask for assistance.

There is also ticket booths further down where you can buy tickets.

Beside them are information booths where you can amend tickets and ask for information.

There are staff points to ask if your not sure where your bus goes from.

All staff are very polite and helpful.

The station has toilets and places to eat. Vending machines when eating places closed.

The waiting areas are covered to keep the weather out.

Coach Station that is sheltered and has clean (and free!) toilets and a few shops and cafes inside. Will keep you warm and dry in the winter. Note the shops/cafes are closed late at night, but you can use the vending machines. Nearest thing that closes late-ish is the macdonalds on Victoria Street which closes at 2am - about 10 mins walk away just check on Google maps.

Coach departure times are displayed on TV screens, and different buses leave from different numbered gates, with seats in waiting area around each gate - very similar to an airport. Boarding is pretty well organised.

Staff are a bit hit and miss, some are really friendly, most are just plain rude and unhelpful.

Finally note that this coach Station is in a separate building to the Victoria train / tube station - It is a 5-10 min walk. So bear this is in mind if you are arriving by train / tube. The coach arrivals are also in yet another separate building across the street.
