Star cafe Burnley bus station

Ordered 2 cheese and onion pies, mash peas and gravy. Delivery time ok but when we recieved the food very very unhappy. Small cheese and onion pie that doesn't resemble a cheese and onion pie, semi alright portion of mash and lots of peas for 6.50! Not good enough. Very disappointed rang them back up being very curious with the lady on the phone if anything can be resolved and was told don't know what I can do. Won't be coming here again!

Sausage awful had 1 bite and they went in the bin fryed bread hard and cold egg undercooked mushrooms burned all cheap ingredients at high prices very.poor save your money dont order from here

Came late, orderd a large which constitutes as 1 extra tastless sausage on same size t cake, more taste in a pound shop sponge DONT BOTHER!! £20 for 2 awful sandwiches

Food never turned up. Even after agreeing to pay £30 for three sandwiches and drinks. Waited almost 2 hours. Absolutely ruined my day £6 delivery charge for a few minute long drive. Would not recommend

Food was absolutely amazing. I ordered via just eat and then called them directly to change my order, very attentive. Had thee most amazing burger and a breakfast butty cooked eggaxtly as I like

Pretty disappointed with my order, I ordered peri peri chicken and chips. The chicken looks and tastes cheap to the point I had a couple of mouth fulls then put it in the bin. I usually just eat poor quality food because I’ve paid for it anyways, not this one though. Money down the drain, thanks for that.

It's ok I've ordered bout 3 or 4 times the food is standard I can deal with that but the communication over the telephone is diabolical they just say hello no Introduction of the cafe or anythin I have rang couple of times and I have had to confirm off my own back as a customer that I'm speaking to star cafe workin in a restaurant industry myself it's just basic training to answer the phone and say 'hello start cafe' that's all you need to do ordered again rang up to double check delivery at backdoor and the guy I spoke to kept cutting me off I get its busy but every customer matters!! after this I WILL NOT be ordering again from there spending a good £15 everytime I order for rude service WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN NOW
