Gems Brunch

Lovely little find.
Called in to pickup a friend before a night out in Leicester.
Arrived starving and with a little time.
On a quick scout of top rated places I found Gems.
3 staff all smiles and greeted everyone with warm enthusiasm.
Food was firdt rate.

The staff were really friendly and the food is good value for money BUT I was shocked with how they didn’t use gloves to handle the food. They used to same hand to grab the salad as they did with the meats. Please use gloves or equipment to grab the meats/salads as people have dietary needs and don’t want it all mixed.

Ridiculous prices I know the prices have increased but not enough to charge £3 for a ham cob

Fresh and made exactly the way I asked. Staff are super friendly with many local regular customers. Parking on road outside. Customer toilet available. Door step would make wheelchair access difficult.

It was pure Heaven, Had a Breakfast Baguette with Black pudding, Fried eggs, Sausages, Hash Browns, It tasted amazing and arrived so quickly piping hot. Will definitely come and order again.

Amazing food and the best value for money! Cafe is so clean and all the ladies are lovely and so accommodating! Can’t wait to come back for more, this is my new regular for breakfast and lunch! Xxx

I ordered two bacon and egg cobs and a couple of hash browns this morning from Gem's and it was lovely! Fast, polite and friendly service, the food was lovely and it all in all was a great experience. I'll be going again! Thanks ladies!

Always nipping in Gem’s for a top up (why is she only around the corner 😂). The cob’s are well loaded well with freshly cooked fillings. Staff are great and friendly and very reasonable prices 👍🏻
