Wow... what wonderful service received from Gardenature. I was unsure what to order for a special birthday present for my friends garden. With so much choice on their website I was unsure what to order so I gave them a call. No waiting, no music on hold, call answed in a couple of rings.The product knowledge was amazing from a lovely lady called Angela. I decided on a nestbox with a camera. The delivery was really quick. My friend was so excited by her gift. Thank you so much Gardenature team. From the service on the phone to superfast delivery to present received & In place. No hesitation in recommending you to friends & family.

I would highly recommend Gardenature, not only for their range and knowledge of products but for truly outstanding customer service. I've had a couple of follow ups for Bushnell and Spypoint trail cameras and each time, they could not have been more helpful. Fast, efficient, friendly from start to finish.

This is the first time I have bought anything, what a fantastic service. Delivered promptly & the nesting bird box was as good as the picture. This is a birthday present for my friend I’m sure she will love it as much as I do.

Many thanks for the bird tables which arrived just before eleven o’clock this morning, both parcels were very well packed and in good condition showing they had been handled correctly in transit but when I opened to view the contents I was very surprised. Very good products of a quality and standard well in excess of what I had thought I would get, it made me feel guilty that I had the nerve to ask for a discount! Most definitely value for money and money well spent.

Impressively generous resolving a problem with a camera, well beyond what I had a right to expect, so overall experience with Gardenature a very happy one. I've bought five cameras from Gardenature over the last few years, and all continue to provide amazing pictures. Definitely one of the first places to go internet shopping.

I must be a typical bloke as I didn't read the instructions to test the equipment before installing it. After installation I noticed I had no sound, but wasn't really that bothered as I wanted to watch birds. 2 years later I thought about it and contacted the company and after a bit of technical advice it was suggested I return the camera for testing. I returned it on a Monday and on Friday a new camera arrived. Fantastic Service from a truly customer focused company

Fantastic product & service. We recently purchased a bird box with an internal camera & I’m absolutely thrilled with the quality of it. Also, we needed to call the company & they were very patient & professional with us. I would thoroughly recommend them.

They helped me getting the software working and then speedily replace a faulty camera. Do not be tempted to shop around and try and find cheaper. Technical advice is fast and clear and after sales service if something goes wrong is first class. They have also done the hard work of sorting out the kit that does the job. Five star from me.
