I ordered over the phone after seeing a second hand DSLR camera for sale. I spoke to Lee at Worcester branch, he was very knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. The camera was delivered to my door within 24 hours, I'm very pleased with my purchase it's in great condition just as described. I certainly recommend LCE.

I came in today needing a camera for work, but I am a complete amateur in every way.

The man who served me walked me through two different cameras, and gave me some great stuff to think about, he was super knowledgable and didnt make me feel silly for not knowing any of the jargon. Totally pleased with my purchase and will likely be straight back any time I need a hand picking out equipment.

Without a doubt the nicest people to deal with bar none . Very helpful and informative and was more than helpful showing me the features of the camera I bought . I learnt loads and they were more than happy to spend the time showing a beginner how it all works . Ten out of ten no question 👍. Highly recommend this shop !

Great shop,update.all my camera gear is secondhand,j am not tight but you get great gear from these people even after sales help is top notch.if they say 4 star rating that's is what it is. I bought 3 slrs 7 lens plus accessories.highly recommended.

I bought a 2nd hand DSLR camera over the net/phone. It was in superb condition living up to it's 5* rating. I did have a problem with the battery but this was dealt with very efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again - a very trustworthy retailer.

Just received my camera a nikon d5000. It arrived safely and well packaged and arrived when told it would, perfect working order and in better looking condition than the description said. Can recommend the London Camera Exchange
