Nipped in to print a few photos. Staff couldn’t be less helpful. Printing terminal was difficult to use and staff blamed Apple for problems. Finally left. Went to Boots and printed all photos in a few minutes. Only given 1 star as I can’t seem to give Zero. Don’t deserve business. AVOID. Plenty of other options.

Brilliant help yet again today; this time with a video camera fault - all sorted by Bob. His obvious technical know-how is invaluable. His guidance has also helped me previously to choose cameras that do exactly what I need. If, like me, you are not technical and want to buy wisely, I highly recommend asking Bob to help you.

Unfortunately went here for passport photos for an online application. Turns out that, £11 later, they're not needed as require digital photos now. Talking to the manager to complain that they didn't point this out despite knowing what the photos were required for was fruitless. Not exactly a customer-centric approach so will not be returning and certainly do not recommend.

First time visiting this week and they were very helpful, fixed my 35mm lens. Noticed they had a good selection of lenses for sales also. Will be visiting again for sure.

Went in seeking advice on a damaged camera. Bob was incredibly helpful in helping to assess the damage, and provided excellent advice. First rate knowledge and service. I will be returning to you!

Nice store well equipped good services offered

I noticed I had dust on my sensor on my camera the day before going on holiday.
I rang the shop and was told to pop down.
They were really helpful and cleaned it for me and wouldn't accept payment.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thought I’d broken my lens but they cleaned it up and it was just the filter which they replaced. Very quick and efficient.
