I live in Cardiff and ordered a pair of binoculars online from this shop. They arrived the next day. The price was excellent plus I received a complementary cleaning kit with my order. They were quicker than Amazon and are a local small business. Brilliant! I will use them again.

I came here to get some photos taken for my passport just before closing, and the staff were so understanding and helpful! They made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and were extremely friendly. I highly recommend anyone local coming here if you need photo ID. Brilliant!!

Good services and products in store though the staff treat you good or make you feel stupid depending on your experience with and around cameras and technology.

I have over 8 years self taught experience with technology and cameras (personally own a variety of digital but mainly film cameras) and during education this was my first place to check for an apprenticeship or job but they turned me down twice, recently and years ago, not sure what'd they'd be looking for in a customer service rep with experience.

Always had great service in store, very knowledgable and friendly. Best photo development, and enlargement at good prices , and quality very good. I hate to think if these small independent shops go, and we have to buy all items from big supermarkets or online!

I purchased an Insta360 One X2 today from the shop. I called first to check stock and then went to collect. Very smooth transaction, staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable considering I got a free 64 GB SD card as well. Very pleased with the purchase and glad that I support a local business.

In the Woking branch there's no mirror provided in the photo booth. I was told to look at the reflection on the dark shiny wall next to the booth! The man said that if they provided a mirror people would spend too much time in front of it. Unbelievable. The photo quality was OK though.
