Always a pleasure shopping at the Taunton store the staff are amazing very polite and helpful and really know there products.

They ordered a monopod and head for me Wednesday and it was in store Friday morning ready to collect first class service.

While I was there I was allowed to take a look at the Sony RX 100M3 and with the right advice I realised this was a camera I needed for my collection. So I also bought one and absolutely love it.

Having taken my Nikon in for repair, cannot fault their customer service, it has been excellent. Just been in to order a camera and lens. Great customer service, very helpful, good advice. Prices comparable to Amazon!

Brilliant shop. This is where I purchased my camera and my lenses. They have new and second hand products at great prices. Would highly recommend. Great customer service and a easy experience.

Initially rang the London Camera Exchange shop in Taunton to enquire about a pair of binoculars seen on line. I got very good assistance and as a result rang later to reserve a pair. On arrival at the shop the 2 gentleman were very welcoming and extremely helpful. After trying out the binoculars I made a purchase. I was particularly impressed with the covid compliance, everything was sanitised as we went along. The binoculars are very good. Thank you both very much.

Contacted LCE initially with a problem with a Camera which unfortunately couldn't be repaired. Jochen was extremely helpful understanding our needs and pointed us in the right direction of a replacement. Great service and a great price for the replacement camera which was in stock.
Proper shop, proper staff, exactly what the high street needs and should be supported.
