Liked: Loved this site! On approach you can see just how maintained it is - grass cut, hedges trimmed, no litter, flower displays and tidy pitches. Good impression and vibes all round! Tent pitches are an excellent size, plenty of space, and from walking around the site the touring pitches were of a good size also. LOVED the shower/toilet facilities! Never stayed somewhere you essentially have your own bathroom on a campsite!? They were very clean and presentable. The Staff/owners were so friendly and made me feel very welcome, they let me borrow a sun lounger as I'd forgotten my camping chair which made my stay much more comfortable. The shop was a great addition, selling food essentials, a coffee machine, camping accessories etc. I Didnt use the wifi as my stay was only 2 nights. Perfect location for walking my dog with Teversal Trail literally across the road.

Overall, a very memorable, pleasant and enjoyable stay 😊😁

* not a dislike but anyone camping and needing to use the washing up facilities, bring a bowl! I made the mistake of not bringing one and had to keep pushing the tap to wash plates, cutlery etc as there's no plugs.

Liked: A great site which is both clean and well designed.
Shower block was super clean and the best designed area I have seen on any site.
All pitches are well layed out.
Plenty to do in the area , with good walks and lots of entertainment within a short drive.
Staff are very friendly and helpful..
Well stocked shop with some practical items for caravan/camping users.
WiFi cost £6 for 3 days which isn't extortionate and of a decent strength.

Liked: What a fantastic place to stay. This is my first visit and I will definitely be coming back.
Welcomed on arrival and guided to our pitch, the staff have been incredible.
The pitch is a great size with parking beside it, enclosed by hedging offering a little privacy. Perfect for a quiet getaway. I'm here with my daughter who has had fun playing on site at the play area and pottering around the site making friends with other children.
The on-site shop is brilliant, sells everything and has a proper coffee machine and a great selection of ice creams. The site is dog friendly, I have my Yorkshire terrier Peppe with me who's made himself at home. They even sell dog ice cream!
The shower block, outstanding! It's like being in a posh hotel. So clean, the showers are powerful in their own little bathrooms, free hairdryer to use too.
Round the back of the shower block is the washing up facilities, again cannot fault these. Water so hot it makes it easy to get the pots done in a flash.
If you stay here bring your bikes, as on the doorstep is silverhill wood and paths leading to the Teversal trail.
I can't wait to come back here again 😁

Disliked: You only got 30 minutes free WiFi a day, fortunately I didn't need it as I had very good phone signal.

Liked: A very warm welcome on our arrival.
Nice flat pitch in a shaded area.
Fantastically modern shower block, truly great facility!
Close proximity to some very nice walks, great for dog to meet other friendly dogs nearby.
We like to geocache, so it was nice to see some nearby and an adventure lab too!
Nice little play area for the kids.
Lots of nice heritage sites nearby.
Plenty of wildlife to see nearby, we were treated to morning chorus from some Long Tailed and Coal tits!

Few rules but because of the site great layout your not imposed upon by your fellow campers plenty of room for all pitches are huge staff polite friendly and will do anything for you van safe because of security gate on in and out. Even had a dog shower

Liked: Toilets/Showers are the best facilities we have ever had. Very modern and clean. The shop was a lovely addition and everything was reasonably priced. The owners were so lovely and friendly, very helpful and cheery. The kids loved the park, just enough for all ages to enjoy but not too big for them to get rowdy. Good sized pitches, site well maintained.

Liked: All of it. The washroom facilities were the best we've ever used on a site. Hotel standard. Great location. Well kept site. The site had more than we've been used to. A shed with a book and dvd swap/use. Hot snacks before 1. Definately on our list of "go to" sites. So much so we've booked 2 more stays this year before the season is over. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We were completely relaxed and refreshed after our stay. Good cycling/walking across the road in and aroung Silverhill woods.

Disliked: Slightly sloping pitches and not allowed camp fires off the ground.

Liked: Liked Everything. Nice sized site with good pitch sizes, site is well maintained, owners are friendly & helpful.
Toilet block was spotless, spacious and warm, showers were powerful & hot.
Didn’t use but noticed Wi-Fi was payable after initial free 30 mins.
Great variety of walks straight across from entrance, with option to make as long or short as you like.
Nearest pub is 5 mins walk, nice pub but only allows dogs in garden. They have a cosy heated area under cover that can sit 3 groups of people but it’s not reservable.
