Exactly what we were looking for , super peaceful, well kept level field , there is only 1 loo and shower for 6 pitches but as no one else was here in the 2 nights we stayed that was fine and is probably about right. Plenty of hot water and heating in the shower, also plenty of hooks and space, which is useful, it’s not all brand new but it’s perfectly functional. Each pitch has hard stand ,and most had water and electric. We didn’t use electric. Dishwashing and recycling/refuse spot in field and a box of local info leaflets. No shampoo or dishwashing liquid but there is hand soap and paper towels in the loo. We went to Lentils Indian takeaway on our first night (which is absolutely fabulous and such good value) . You can walk from here to Kingsbury water park which is beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again. We’re not camping club members so had to ring to book. Cash on arrival

Jenny, the owner phoned us prior to arrival and told us to follow the directions on the Camping and Caravanning site, on how to get there. She met us on arrival and showed us the available pitches. We were only there one night, but are looking to go again. It was a lovely, peaceful site, out in the country, but easy to get to places.

We stayed here on and off over the last 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the tranquillity and cleanliness and rural setting. Lovely walks and bike rides. Very reasonably priced.
