Will definitely go again.
Really laid back site which we love, great cider too.
Only downfall I can say is there was only one toilet open in the camping area and didn't have any soap.

Just spent 3 nights here,on 1st arriving the reception area is a joke, piece of caravan window on top of a fence,no welcome from the owners wife, she was very abrupt with us,and has no idea of simple customer service, even just a morning? Safe journey? Hello would of been a good start but you get nothing from her. The site itself could be made beautiful as it's on a cider orchard, very spacious pitches all on grass, and very laid back, peacocks roam free, and lots of rabbits, there are 2 toilet blocks...well one has 2 showers in and the other on the actual field is just shocking, just a very old run down portacabin, all the time we were there, there was no soap in the dispenser so clearly never checked,my friend went over on the 1st day to wipe round with an antibac spray. So not a good start. We were left to find out how to get water etc ourselves...i hate writing a bad review as I know it might have an impact on the business but I do hope they take some constructive criticism from this, maybe some bins closer and a bit of investment in them toilets, the site could be made stunning, nice pub 5 min walk away, other than that, not much to do. Also when some reviews say 40 min walk into Taunton well that's just rubbish. More like 2 hour walk, get a taxi! Sadly we wont be returning.

We bought a tent on the Thursday and was very excited to use it so we decided to find somewhere not too far from home (being Weston-super-Mare), and found this little gem. We were greeted the owner who was very helpful, he directed us through to the orchard and allowed us to choose our pitch and we couldn't have picked a better one, the last of the sun in the evening fell on us. The canal is a short walk, about 2 mins, so early the following day we kitted up and wheeled our kayaks down to the water, a fairly easy launch area, and we headed off out into the countryside for an amazing paddle.
On both evenings we were here we popped into Taunton where we had a good variety of places to choose from for dinner. Then back to our tent where the friendly peacock visited us for a quick catch up and we indulged in the onsite made Scrumpy, which is absolutely delicious.
If you are looking for a quiet get away I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be booking again next season.

Not the best site we’ve stayed on and not the friendliest of owners. Needs to decide how much hook up is and not say, I will take a meter reading on the day you leave and if it’s too high I will charge you extra. Pitch was right next to a busy road and very noisy, like sleeping in a lay by.
Certainly will not be staying again.

Lovely site, basic camping amongst the cider apple trees, clean toilets & showers. We stayed for two nights, but so peaceful we stayed a further
day. Slight noise from nearby road but nothing to worry about. All for £18 per night including hook up. Close to M5, highly recommended.

Lovely little site. Not formal parking just find a space in the orchard, which I liked. Helpful owners. You can hear the road from the top of the orchard but it wasn't intrusive. Peacocks wandering around and an abundance of rabbits at dusk. Nice walk into Taunton along the canal about 3 miles.
Will definitely return.

An absolute gem of a place, stayed for a week, nice and peaceful, not too large, facilities were great, toilets and showers were nice and clean and the water was hot. Also close no matter where you were pitched. Washing and drying facilities also available and the peacocks and other birds roaming free was a nice quirky feature, they are early risers though. A very enjoyable week and well recommended
