I'm giving it 5 stars because it is a little gem of a place. It won't be everyone's cup of tea as very basic, but that's what I like as reminds me of old school camping. It has a toilet and one shower (with toilet in there), disposal place and EHU if wanted!....the rest is all about the environment surrounding. Beautiful village with an interesting story 😊 Friendly welcome as well. £17 with EHU or £12 without!

One loo without paper and one shower. Nothing nearby so come prepared and it's delightful. Lots of footpaths and a beautiful 15th century church just over the meadow, hence Church Meadows. Sheep in the next field so be careful with any dog you have. And the best thing is, the absolute silence at night, well apart from the odd owl hoot.

Quiet.adults only. tranquil loads of wild animals and birds to see. Plenty of walks.
