Liked: The views were absolutely stunning from the site, the shower blocks were clean and very nice (50p per shower is very reasonable). Great mix of caravans and tents. Unfortunately didn't try the cafe but had deals on each evening such as chilli rice and a beer for 12 quid, can't complain!

Disliked: Didn't bother us at all but no phone signal at all.

Liked: We loved the lay out of the camping field with all tents on the outer area of the field, you could see your children playing, so it felt very safe. A really friendly site with good facilities. Our dogs loved being outside, being positioned on an end pitch we were able to position them at the side of the tent which gave them plenty of space to lay and chill. The owners are very approachable and helpful, giving us information on places to visit in the area. Top-tip make sure you check online for tourist information before you leave home, as there is no tourist information shop in the area to pick up leaflets.. Beautiful scenery, we loved the peacefulness, perfect if you want to escape mobile devices but you can get wifi connection by the cafe if you really want it.

Disliked: It was very windy during our stay and you are quite exposed. Make sure you take ground anchor tent pegs. This has no reflection on the campsite as they cannot control the weather.

Liked: Beautiful setting by Bardsey Island. Well organised campsite. Fifty minute walk into Aberdaron via the narrow roads, or 90 mins over fields and along the coastal path. Walk up Uwchmynyd head land and watch the sun set.

Disliked: All good

Wonderful views of the Bay, excellent cafe, didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Narrow road to get to the site so better to stock up than having to nip out fir provisions. Would definitely return

Wow, what a find, love this place. Spotless toilets, very friendly staff. Internet is hit and miss in the fields, but great in the cafe, clearly explained on the website though.
Right on the peninsula, 5 minute walk to stunning views.
Food fab... Quiet, well run site

Liked: Location, plenty of room for pitches, clean toilets and showers, indoor washing up area, lots of room for kids to play, quiet, onsite cafe.

Disliked: Ran out of loo paper and soap in extra loo facilities a couple of times. Young girls working on site drinking beer and gossiping in the ladies loos. Only two sinks for cleaning teeth.

Liked: The site was well equipped, the surrounding area was beautiful, the staff were very helpful. The roads were tight leading to the site but that was to be expected due to the location, just take it steady. It was that nice we stayed an extra night! Will definitely use this site again.

Liked: Beautiful location. Mrs Williams' amiable reception.

Disliked: Very long walk to the toilets and shower block; the other pitches offered were close to the waste water disposal area and also far away. Dishwashing facility primitive. The 50p coin per shower system is archaic and should be replaced. The lack of water temp/flow adjusters in the showers is disappointing. The only site in four where we couldn't use our kettle because it caused an overload.
