Stayed here for 2 nights in July 2022.
Very happy with the campsite.
The view from campsite is stunning.
Toilets and shower were clean and decent with hot water.
Good location. Shop and pubs nearby.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome location for camping, easy to find and the facilities were great. Only thing that let it down was the grass was really long, which meant feet and trouser bottoms got wet if not in boots/wellies

I have been going here for years and love the place. Now under new ownership, but still just as warm and welcoming.
Well situated for South Snowdonia, and all the amenities you would need.
The new owners have made a tone of improvements particular in the Hayloft which is now much nicer. They are planning more improvements and I plan to come back to see them.

Really nice quiet camp site. Decently priced. 3 separate areas to camp. Has kitchen area in site with toaster and kettle. Showers amd toilets. Small car park (only downside cars not allowed in pitches so have to carry tour stuff on so maybe dont overpack if your a lone traveller). Good views of the hills. And few walks around. Not far from a main road so you do get a bit of traffic noise through the night.

We and bunch of our friends spend at their barn 3 nights and we absolutely love it! Beautiful views and trails, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was the unfriendly vibe that I've sensed from the pregnant lady ( I guess she was the owner). There was 2 kids with us, and finally they could run all over without us freaking out about their safety, like we do here in town.. So my daughter (4 year old) was playing around their house, and God forbid she picked up their watering can, and the response of the pregnant lady was :,, just leave it and go to your mummy and daddy, ok? " and I was right behind her, but I doubt she saw me.. Hmmm.. She was very cool with landing their kids large plastic car, ( although because there were other people when I've asked her if that's OK, she thought she has no choice like to say,, yes"). There was no fence, no information that we are not allowed to come close to their house (the barn that we rented was just next to their house), and yet I felt I like I'm not welcome.. And the feeling stayed with me until we left very early morning, on the 4th day of our stay.
Thank You for everything, but we won't be back and certainly we won't recommend that place to our other friends with kids..
What a shame..
Friendly advice to the unfriendly woman: If you are running the business where crowds of people are around your property, and you don't like them to touch your stuff - clean it and hide from everyone's view.

Regarding your silly respond. What an unprofessional behaviour.. I would not expect that from two grown adults.. Well done sir. You look like an idiot now.
My daughter wasn't climbing anything and your wife just lied here! She was about to touch the watering can!! And your wife was very protective about it. Hissing at her thinking I wasn't there.. Grow up. And admit to your mistakes. I wrote she could run freely, because she was under my constant watch, so she was safe and happy to explore, so mentioning that you don't run a childcare was once again idiotic.,
And if I was reviewing your wife, you shouldn't be laughing because I described her as a mean and unfriendly person. Bravo!!!

We loved staying here. Good facilities, bike wash, bike and charging storage, clean toilets and microwave, kettle etc.

Beautiful views from the pitch too.

Would be good to be able to lock bikes inside storage container for peace of mind.

Would go again. Thanks

We stayed here August Bank Holiday as a party of 7.
The owner's were really nice and welcoming. They don't over book the site, which meant it was easy enough to use the facilities.
We all enjoyed our stay here and will return in the future.
