Facilities are rudimentary - to be expected from a barn and our hostess provided fuel for the fire at a small cost.
Only issue we had was that Google Maps doesn't quite know where the farm is and tries to send you to someone's house about a quarter of the way up the last road. Best bet is to get to that point then call the proprietor for directions from there.

Impressed. Nice big open room with bunk beds upstairs, toilets (separate entrance) and a nice roaring fire. Room to park several cars. Great doe a gathering.
