Liked: Lovely campsite by a steam. Lots of room even though the site was fully booked. Really good value for money and lots of wood for what we paid for. Would recommend.

Disliked: Unsure of use of pizza oven? This was not offered. Maybe you have to pre-request?

Liked: We loved the camping area as it was a beautiful area which felt safe. There were plenty of opportunities for the children to explore routes by the stream.
It felt safe and secure and we were made to feel very relaxed by Mavis.
Freshly baked bread and cakes came with ease and simply delicious.
Liked the peace and quiet.
The toilet and shower block was good and great heat and power on the shower .

Disliked: Lack of bin space as we are keen on recycling
Would have liked a hot water source in the washing up area

Amazing spot for 'out of the way' camping. The additional food hamper is a treat especially the organic bread and local apple juice. Loved it and will return again. Compost loo and lovely hot shower...

Liked: This was a great site - quiet and small which is just what I needed! I was just sad that I booked at the last minute and couldn't therefore order something from the bakery! The compost loo was great (I prefer them to ordinary loos), and the gas shower worked well. Mavis was really friendly. I had good advice about local footpaths and walked into Bromyard, and to Brockhampton National Trust place across the fields. Just sad I couldn't stay longer... There is a motorcross site in the next field, but as nothing was happening while I was there, I've no idea what it might be like in terms of noise when events are happening.

Liked: I chose this site as I had seen good reviews and wanted to take my son on his first camping experience.

Even though we just stayed the one night we had a great experience from start to finish. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly and were happy to chat and answer any questions.

The site itself was wonderful, very quiet and idyllic with a small stream running past. My son loved playing along the stream, as well as playing with the host's son who was the same age too! The place really came alive at night too, with plenty of wildlife to hear and watch.

The composting toilets were simple but effective, and were nice and clean too.

Disliked: Not a dislike for us, but might be if it's important for you - we didn't have any phone signal while on the site. It may be different for other providers, but thought it might be worth mentioning. Personally, I'm always more than happy not being contactable - but we did have signal a short walk up a nearby hill.

Liked: Really quiet pitch, in lush green field with stream to cool down in and plenty places to explore, compost toilets are great and shower was nice touch.
Super friendly hosts.

Watched the night sky with ease.

Disliked: The sheep making a racket at 5am but ultimately it was much nicer than the sirens and general buzz of the city that we’re used too.

We stayed over the August bank holiday weekend. It was quiet but I wouldn't stay again.
The area and the owners were nice but the campsite is set in a small valley surrounded by trees so you can't see the views. The stream that runs through the campsite is really over grown and not really a stream that kids can play in and I even found a long trail of barbed wire on the ground beside the stream. The toilets and shower are ok but basic but I get that. There is only one pizza oven for the whole site so if you plan to have pizza one night, make sure you check others aren't using it. We didn't do that and ended up waiting about 2 hours to cook pizza for us and my 2 kids. A booking system might be helpful. The grass was really long with cut grass still on the ground. So come the damp mornings and cut grass was getting stuck everywhere and inside the tent. On Saturday morning a noisey dirt motorbike event was going on in the field next door which also left a fine layer of brown dirt on everything in the campsite including our tent, seats and table. The public walks near the campsite aren't well marked so bring a OS map.
