Avoid! Total rip-off!

Booked through a third party website and was quoted £162. Phoned up to confirm (the work and the price) and arrange an appointment, no problem. He said I should bring it down in a couple of days and he'd order the parts.
Got there this morning as arranged, a thirty minute drive, and now it's suddenly £306!!
Suffice it to say I didn't have the work done. That's an hour of my morning gone, and a tenner in petrol.
I put my weekend plans on hold for this as well.
Absolute rip-off merchants.

Very very very bad behaviour and services.

The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t take responsibility for anything & on top of that frustrate customers like anything.

I went 3 times. First to ask the issue and they said break Calliper will be replaced & ask me to come on Monday 31 August at 10 am, I reached on time in morning and then they said that they do not have part available, come in following Saturday and gave me appointment for morning 8:30, and I wake up early, didn’t do breakfast and reached on time . I requested Whether I can get vehicle back by 12:30 because my son has to attend class in wantage at 1:30 . He was rude at the same moment but told me to call at 11:00, I gave him call at 11 and he told the vehicle on ramp in progress and ask me to call at 12, I gave him call at 12:30 and then he was in abusing behaviour and said take your car back in 20 minutes.

I went to receive car and nothing was done , car was parked outside. The manager or owner was so rude to accept that he was at something wrong.

As a manager he should have idea of no of vehicle coming for servicing on particular day.

Why did he give appointment in morning if he knew he can’t do it. I was helpless. I lost class session and car was also not done. Completely wastage of the day because of a rude and lazy person and team.

Don’t go ever if you want to get your work done with satisfaction. But if you are happy to get sucked and abused then go happily but if you are clever and have some mind, you will never go to this garage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went in for MOT & Service as a last resort as a different garage cancelled last minute - I wish I just waited. They failed my MOT and quoted me over £200 for repairs 'necessary to pass the MOT'. I was without my car for almost three weeks and every time I took my car in suddenly a new 'issue' would come up. In the end, I had to go to another garage to have a part welded and I asked them for a second opinion. They had three different MOT testers/mechanics look over the car (one of which had 40+ years of experience in the industry) and they all said the same thing, that my car was perfectly fine and all the work this garage quoted me for was unnecessary. This other garage passed my MOT with no issues the next day. Luckily I was able to cancel any further work being done at this garage and return the parts from here otherwise I would have spent hundreds on work that I didn't even need. Absolutely disgusted that this garage tried this, especially in the middle of a cost of living crisis.

Customer service is also poor. I was never given any kind of update and therefore it was left to me to keep ringing them for updates and information which even then they struggled to provide. I will never return to this garage and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Service is poor. Tyres fitted to the wrong wheels even after assurances they knew what had been ordered causing multiple visits. Staff were also rude.

I cannot recommend this auto Centre enough! I was travelling to Oxford to visit family when I broke down on the M1, my gear box decided it had, had enough and froze (rather traumatic experience on my part) As I was heading to oxford I managed to get my car towed to this garage, who took my car in no problem. Didn't take them long to fit me in a new gear box and clutch. They were in constant communication throughout the whole repair with myself and couldn't do enough to help. Now my car drives like a dream and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

This place guys ripping customers off
Always ask to see and get them to explain to you as if you haven’t a clue about cars they will take full advantage of this fact and charge you for summit expensive that isn’t needed or safer bet go somewhere else
The attitude of the staff new female assistant manager is absolutely disgraceful.
Phoned to rearrange some tyres I needed fitting to be told lies down the phone
Asked them to cancel the order and send tyres back.
Then had a guy Kiran ring me back asked me what my problem was and don’t speak to his staff like that and took a rude tone with me
Customers service is disrespectful
Stay away they offer free checks to get you in the door and take advantage of those not mechanically minded
Always ask to see and get them to explain or you will be hurt in the pocket
Absolute joke of a place

I was on my way to Brighton and had a flat tyre warning while on the motorway. Went in to many popular tyre centers and nobody showed any compassion to have a look at the issue. After nearly 5 tyre centres, drove to formula 1, the lady at the reception showed no hesitation to check my car when I shared my plight. The technician was spot on with the diagnosis that it was a sensor issue. They charged nothing for the safety checks and I left there with a great sigh of relief! Couldn't thank the staff enough through these words.

Friendly, confident and compassionate. A massive thanks for your help.

Not trustworthy and essentially thieves, don't use them.
My partner went in for an MOT and came out with a list of repairs quoted over £1000, checked another trusted garage for a quote on repairs and got the work done for around £300. You couldn't trust these people to change a lightbulb honestly.
