Formula One Autocentres - Stevenage (London Road)

I Had a slow puncher, nowhere near the wall of the tyre. One of the guys came out and said it wasn't repairable and needed a new tyre. I told them to put the wheel back on and I'll go elsewhere. Amazingly after saying that the manager had a look and said it could be fixed.

On a separate occasion I booked my car in to have 2 new tyres. Tyres came in, guy on the phone said if you come down now we can get you in straight away. Turned up 5 minutes later to be told there is a 3 hour wait. I walked out and went to Stevenage tyre centre and paid £30 less for the exact same tyre. Unprofessional, over priced and over rated! Avoid!

Picked up my sons car after a tyre had been replaced and the very kind gentleman on reception took the time to explain the controls on this car which I had never previously driven. Thank you so much!

Friendly, flexible, fast and fair-minded. Large and well-equipped facilities with a good stock of standard tyres. A well managed service centre providing excellent knowledge and expertise. Easy parking and a comfortable waiting room with a TV.

Now take the time to share my experiences with this garage, I've been there in 2012, when I bought my used Nissan. Bring them to replace all the airfilters, pollen filters, engine oil, spark plugs, timing, and auxiliary belt as well. Most of the parts give them, the missing 1 or 2 parts ordered feom them straight away. I left the car about 9 am, then went back about 4 pm. They said everything done.
Few months later, when I met with my trusted origin engineer to solve some common services, show me the true. The formula one team replaced the oil with filter, and the air filter in the engine bay, but nothing else. It means they don't replaced the spark plugs, timing belts, and of course keep the parts I presented to them, and I paid for. You not need to trust me, just 10 years later write down, because my friends been there, after I told them what happened with me many years ago, and they had bad experiences with this team as well.

Great Experience, after been with In & Out garages and had the worst service, I came to this garage after hear the provide good and honest service! Always treating me with respect, fully explain the situation.

the guys here are super helpful and always happy to sort out there customers, many last minute punctures and they always manage to fit you in.

Needed my punctured tyre fixing asap so we could get home to Cheshire again after Christmas. I went in and the guys immediately helped me. They listened, took the car in, and fixed it in no time - for a great price! Will absolutely go there again 😊

The car went in for it's first non dealer service not long ago.

Since then I've had a horrible rattle and decided to have a look for it...Found it!!
I am not impressed with the lazy approach to access the oil drain plug, removing the undertray is a 5 minute job, but instead they snapped it trying to pull it off, and then decided to cut a nice big hole in it.

Never going back.

If my car breaksdown next to an f1 auto Centre garage, it's being towed somewhere else.

Still not heard back from formula one autocenters,
How would they investigate anyway, ask the kid that serviced the car.

"did you cut that undertray?" ...
"no" ...
Well the customer must be lying.
